1. Introduction / Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Site.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting. Please check this page periodically for updates.

3. Eligibility

This Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older, or those with legal authority to contract for services.

4. Service Information & Pricing

All descriptions, pricing, and availability of products or services are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

5. Quotes, Orders & Payment

Service quotes and orders are processed after direct contact (phone, web form, or in-person). Payment terms will be specified in your estimate or service agreement. We accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover, and other preferred methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.

6. Scheduling & Service Policy

Service and installation timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss for any materials provided pass to you upon delivery or completion of installation.

7. Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Adams, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase or order, and items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Shipping, handling, and installation charges are nonrefundable. Custom orders, installed equipment, and special-order items are non-refundable.

A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to an item being returned. Items with a 20% re-stocking fee are subject to change at any time. Contact Customer Support for details at (704) 376-4328.

The re-stocking fee will be waived if any of these conditions are met:

  • Item is unopened and in new condition

  • Item is exchanged for an upgraded product in the same category

  • Item is replaced under manufacturer warranty
     

To process a return, you must provide a copy of your packing slip or order with the item listed. If you do not have proof of purchase, please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Support at (704) 376-4328. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

8. Limited 90-Day Warranty

Adams makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days beginning on the date of purchase or order.

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance. Adams shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.

To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase (such as an in-store receipt or packing slip/invoice), date, and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise.

If our inspection verifies the defect, we will replace the product at our election, or we may refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

We offer extended warranties within certain product lines. For product specific warranty, please refer to your owner’s manual.

9. Coupons & Promotions

We offer exclusive coupons for extra savings. Customers who subscribe to Exclusive Coupons will receive special deals by email, text, or both. Once subscribed, you can also access all available coupon deals directly on the CallAdams.com website.

Redeeming Coupons During Service

To use a digital coupon during your service call, simply show the coupon code to our technician. You may also print coupons at home and present them in person. Please ensure coupons are valid and within the expiration date at the time of your service visit. If you have questions about redeeming a coupon, please notify our team when scheduling your appointment.

Exclusive Members

Have you subscribed to our Exclusive Members-only discounts? Visit https://www.calladams.com/current-promotions/exclusive-coupons to view current exclusive coupons or to easily sign up. All active coupons will be displayed. Expired coupons are automatically removed based on the promotional date.

Single-Use Coupons

Occasionally, we issue single-use, no-exclusion coupons to subscribed customers via email or text message. Each single-use coupon contains a unique, one-time-use coupon code. These coupons can only be redeemed during a service visit and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons.

Coupon Exclusions & Restrictions

Please note the following general exclusions and restrictions that apply to Adams coupons:

  • Coupons may include specific exclusions or restrictions; review the coupon details carefully before redeeming.

  • Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or coupons.

  • All coupons must include valid barcodes or coupon codes and expiration dates, and must be presented at the time of service.

  • Percent-off, dollar-off, and promotional-item coupons are limited to one coupon per customer per day.

10. Limits on Orders or Resale

We reserve the right to limit service availability or refuse services to resellers, dealers, or any party at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property / Copyright

All content, images, logos, and materials on this Site are the property of Adams and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without prior written permission.

12. User Conduct / Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Posting or transmitting harmful, obscene, or infringing material

  • Attempting to interfere with the Site’s functionality or security

  • Impersonating others or submitting false information

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those sites.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adams is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or information provided.

17. Dispute Resolution / Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg, North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
